Can I give my kid a number for a name?

I wish people would be more serious here...This is ridiculous to think that you would want to name a child a number...name of a tree...name of a street...name of a state, etc...Let's be a little more mature about what a baby is to be named and what repercussions this child will have to suffer because of a whim...
