How do I handle bullying?

There is this girl in my homeroom and in almost every other cles I have and shes a complete bully and shes very very moody. Today we were standing around and all I did was say something and she went totally and completely off on me. All I did was say something about our teacher might be back in time for our cl. Maybe it was because she didn't want to go to the next cl but she shouldn't have went off on me. Now she's a little older than me and she a black girl (not to be racist). I'm the quiet one in the cl and shes the loud mouth. She also did that yesterday but this time about Safari. Our teacher was looking up something on Firefox and where we are Safari works better. So I told the teacher that Safari might work better. And it did for about 10 minutes but then freezed up. So she's like "wow Sara safari sure worked better" in that sarcastic pissy tone. And I do have an attitude problem but I'm not the person to cuss someone out or do anything mean but now my boyfriend knows and is going to do something about it soon. And me I'm worried that something bad might happen because my boyfriend has some anger issues. I just need some help on this if anyone has anything to say to maybe help me on this please do. No matter what you say I don't care just please try to help me deal with this. WITH OUT anyone getting hurt.
