Need help on how to not be boring towards guys?

most guys i talk to lately ....most of em go by way to ast and to much heartache.i thought it was just fate ad what was meant to happen but then a guy told me that im really boring after awhile.i need answers....ive tried everything...and nothing has seemed to work any suggestions on how i can change this problem...
