What should Manny Ramirez do if fans vote him to the All-Star team?

Manny was third in voting until today and has dropped to fifth place in votes for NL outfielders. His suspension would not keep him from playing in the All-Star game if he elected to play. If Manny comes in third in voting and is elected to start the All-Star game should he play or p?
