Puppy outdoor toilet training. Help!?

Put her on a leash when you take her out to do her business. Walk her right to where you want her to go and don't let her leave until she does. When she's done, go crazy with the praise and take her away from the "toilet" area to play. It might take a while but she will eventually get into the habit of going only in that spot. This is what I did with my dog and he will hold it if he can't find a spot covered with pine needles to go.
