Does he like me?? at all?

so i'm new to this school and everyone is saying i should go out with this boy named nathan. His friends are always saying "oooo you should go out with nathan! '' and im like idk cuz i dont no anyone like that yet. everytime he sees me he looks and smiles. nd now that its a new semester he seems happy being that i have to walk by his locker everyday.plus one day i was walkin past his locker nd he came up behind me and grabbed my hips in a very romantic yet y way which made me melt also walking by his locker he purposely playfully bumped into me and wen i looked he smiled nd laughed.but now idk if hes into me becuz his ex told a lie about me to him but he stills seems normal . so do u think he likes me nymore?? cuz his ex is telling me he doesn't ??
