Can public view the int'l motor show in bangkok?

The motor show will be held at BITEC 88 Bangna-Trad Road (Km.1), Bangna, Bangkok 10260 Thailand Tel: +(66 2) 749 3939 Fax: +(66 2) 749 3949, yes it is open to the public. I can not find any information on cost. Maybe it's free, I don't know.
