I need sad poem ideas?

im writing a poem for writers craft and i cant think of a way to start it, i want it to have a lot of metaphors and similes on it and be really deep and intriguing, sad and/or a way to express feelings. what are some ideas that i should write about, or names of the poem? any advice? :) thanks!!
