You can purchase any Micro ATX or smaller size motherboard (Mini ITX) and it will fit into your case. Just make sure that the PSU does not have some wacky proprietary connector though as Dell and some other manufacturers like to use non-standard configurations at times. The most common PSU's to do this are from Delta.
