How 2 meet a guy u never met b 4?

i just got over this guy and now i need a new guy 2 like. my friend chris has been telling me bout his friend michale. he sounds nice smart and funny( things i like ) and i never met him b 4. we text-ed 2 times b4 but i think i might like him. i only kow wat he looks like bec of his year book picture. idk how 2 meet him and b friends and maybe nor then friends. i don't want 2 be a stalker and tex him randomly. 2 of my friends kow him ( chris and alexander). what do i do???
