Is there any free homeschooling in houston texas?

Well i moved to a new school and i am getting bullied alot more than in my old school I thought the bullying would stop but is hasnt and ive been bullied since kinder because I am a very soft spoken girl. So Ive been thinking about homeschool and my mom agreed but i need to know if there are any free homeschooling cles online for free. And I want to know how the system works for homeshool. Wich program would you reccomend? Thx :)
