What Can I Do To Improve The Mentor Program at My High School?

The mentor program is a group of softmores, juniors, and seniors. I had an interview to be a mentor but since I didn't make it the first time, I get another interview but I have to think of something to improve the program. We already off i summer academy that last for three days. Mentors are in charge of homeroom that we have ever tuesday and thursday for 20 minutes. I need something I can do to possibly help our school that our mentors can do or be in charge of. Any ideas? THANKS :)
