I've got a sweet question about.....Cacao!?

Okay so i'm working on a project about plants and negative issues surrounding it and i've picked the Cacao plant and its relation to child labor and health. I need some help on some other things I can elaborate on for my paper. I'm talking about obesity (chocolate eating), and the child labor in Africa and the corporations refusal to pay higher wages. It would be great if you could give your input/stand also if you know any court cases and rulings. Also does anyone know as of today where M&Ms, Hershey and Nestle stand in regards to child labor and fair trade chocolate? Thanks I'm grateful for all the help I can get!
