Whats wrong with my baby.?

My two week old daughter is very distressed. She has been this way for at least a week. every day she cries for most of the day. Its like she is in pain. She curls her legs up infront of her, archers her back and screams. People tell us its wind pain but we are not able to burp her. We have tried every technique we can, bicycle legs, over the knee, up on our shoulders, gripe water etc but nothing makes her burp. She does alot of farting thou. She is feed and I avoid all of the foods that are suppost to give her wind but still she seems to suffer from it. This behaviour goes on for most of the day. she constantly wants to be fed and only does so for about a minute and then isnt interested anymore. She naps for about 5 minutes at a time during the day and then wakes up screaming again. I dont know what to do and dont know what im doing wrong. this is my first baby and so I really have no idea. She has been to the doctor and midwife and we are told she is very healthy.
